Our raw vegan lifestyle program includes:


Room - You will be staying in a nice modern hotel right above the beautiful Adriatic beach, or a villa next door. It is surrounded by amazing scenery, perfect for swimming, hiking, biking and walking in fresh air.

 

 

Food - mostly local, organic and some imported produce in abundance. Our own raw carob, just picked greens from our garden, figs straight from the tree (in August), and clearest water straight from the local spring! Savor incredibly simple and delicious, 100% raw low fat vegan live foods at our health retreat. We are preparing food all together, giving you raw food preparation classes in the process.

 

 

Private consultation with Dr Ruza Bogdanovich - Dr Ruza practices reflexology and iridology - an ancient diagnostic tool which is used to see what's going on in your body through looking at your irises. Then she gives you suggestions in adjusting your lifestyle - to improve your health naturally. (Available only with a 3 day stay or longer.)

 

Lifestyle coaching with Jesse Bogdanovich - on health, food, passion, happiness, peace and emotional aspects. He has over 14 years experience as a raw vegan, and over 7 years in coaching people in health, wellness and overall lifestyle design in a positive manner. Here you can talk with us about all you worries and fears freely: health, emotions, personal life, finances and so on. We will do our best to support you in resolving all your concerns. We are using many modern and old rediscovered techniques and methods to help you change your life for the better: EFT, Silva Method, Sedona Method, different kinds of meditation, brainwave audios, yoga, tai-chi, hypnotherapy, tensegrity, Tibetan breathing techniques... and just talking through your issues and finding solutions together. We will choose the ones that suite you the best and teach you to use them for as long, as you want.

 

Lessons in true nutrition - all the basic knowledge you need in compact, simple, understandable lessons. All your important questions answered and concerns relieved. Take home printed or electronic materials to look at any time.

 

 

Nature walks and hiking - enjoy beautiful and calming views on every step of your walk in the hills and by the seaside. We can take you on longer hikes in the hills, slimming and toning effect guaranteed ; )

 

 

Swimming - is a wonderful exercise for the whole body. Salty seawater does wonders to your skin and complexion. Cleans your eyes and nose, pulls toxins from your whole body and relaxes your muscles. Salty seaside air cleans your lungs and makes you feel relaxed and happy.

 

 

Exercise - we are huge exercise enthusiasts here and we have a great collection of exercises, videos, programs and books on yoga, tai-chi, dance, fitness, slimming, toning, muscle building, body awareness and more. We also enjoy customizing our own exercises and design training programs for ourselves and our guests. We will put together our knowledge, experience, intuition and combine it with your lifestyle and existing exercise program to create your unique program or just subtle guidance for your improvement. We can guide you to experience the bliss of movement, to discover the brilliant dancer within you and to enjoy your exercise even more. This experience can be as mild or as strong as you choose it to be!


We can also play tennis, football or basketball on the local courts for free.
