Eating raw, juicy, nutrition-rich food will allow your body to detox and restore itself as fully as possible.
Did you know that we are designed to carry about four pounds of bacteria inside of our bodies? Trillions of these highly intelligent critters form a complex internal ecosystem. We get unhealthy most often because of a lack of raw organic nutrients. Processed food clogs the body up so it cannot eliminate waste products. The supermarket is a mausoleum where dead food lies. When we eat dead, over processed foods that do not have life-giving bacteria, the body gets out of balance, starves, clogs up and degenerates.
You may be overweight because your body is starving for nutrition and no matter how much you eat you cannot absorb the nutrients, so you actually have to overeat in order to feel satisfied at least emotionally. The beneficial bacteria are responsible for every function in our body. An out of balance interior ecosystem is a serious health risk, the cause for most degenerative diseases, cancer included.
A radical change can take place when the Circle Of Life is set back in to harmony. A SHIFT into wholeness is what we are talking here. Everyone can be healthy. There is no such a thing as incurable disease; only incurable patient that is not willing to go back to nature, so the body can heal it.
So what food should we choose to restore and maintain our health? The answer is very simple, but for many people it's challenging to apply. We need to eat what we where designed to eat: raw fruits and vegetables, tender leafy greens and small amount of raw seeds and nuts. If you manage to leave behind everything or most of foods other than these and discover wonderful variety of fresh produce you will be able to live much healthier and happier life : ) You can begin by adding fresh, preferably organic fruits and veggies and keep increasing the amount every day, pretty soon you will not have much room left for unhealthy foods. |
